1. The trademark holder shall file an application for trademark registration with the Trademark Office;
2. The Trademark Office shall, within nine months from the date of receipt of the application documents for trademark registration, complete the examination and make a preliminary examination, approval and announcement;
3. Within three months from the date of preliminary examination and publication, if there is no objection at the expiration of the period of publication, the registration shall be approved, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued, and the trademark shall be published.
